This native plant workshop will be held in conjunction with Missaukee Conservation District’s Annual Seedling Sale April 25, 2020.  The workshop will run from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm at the MSU AgBio Research Station located at 5401 W. Jennings Road, Lake City, 49651.  

Garrett Noyes of Birdsfoot Native Nursery will focus on techniques for growing native plants for landscaping and habitat enhancement.  Site preparation, design seeding, transplanting, and maintenance will be discussed including some hands-on components as well as best practices to attract and support pollinator and other wildlife species.
