Free Event Open to the public

A healthy urban forest is more important that ever because of the climate crisis.

Public comment will be taken.

Consider speaking up on the importance of increasing the number of trees in our city and maintaining the ones we have.  We need to preserve the trees along the Boardman river, plant more native trees, and avoid tree cutting on steep slopes.

NMEAC strongly supports hiring a city forester to oversee our urban forest.
